    Excited but let down

    I still haven’t received my soap bars, I waited a while and just when they finally were about to be delivered they couldn’t be delivered due to them putting the wrong address on the label and the USPS qualified that as “insufficient address”. Now it’s been returned to sender and I don’t have my soap or $40 … I’d prefer the soap over a refund but to be left without both and not being able to contact someone is absurd. Emailed them, no response, contacted on IG still no response. Review only based on what I’ve experienced
