Founder & CEO

Hi, nice to meet you! I founded Bellurelle in April 2020. Six years later, I want to tell you all about it.

It all started in 2020 when Karmély-Ann was just 20 years old.

She took a supplement for hair growth, and her skin poorly reacted to the products.

In the hopes of finding a solution, she took one trip to the drugstore and kept noticing the same pattern: the same products that claimed to help her were either full of ingredients she couldn't pronounce or linked to other serious health concerns.

That's when she decided to formulate "Glaze," her hyperpigmentation scrub.

This formula helped clear the scars that she got from the reaction, so she decided to start her brand, and it quickly grew to help thousands from all over the world.

But the story doesn't end there.

Behind the building, she was struggling. She had fears, doubts, and insecurities. It's like no matter what she did on the outside, she didn't feel whole until she gave her life to Jesus in 2024.

He gave her identity, and that became the start of her growth that came from a genuine and secure place. Bellurelle changed from being a brand that sought after vanity and simply healing the outside, and became a brand that was rooted in integrity and self-love from the inside.

The testimonies changed from "you saved my skin" to "I feel confident because of this brand." It stopped being just a business, and it started being impact.

But April 10, 2026, was the sixth-year anniversary, and what she thought would be the last, as God instructed her to close her business.

With tears, she was distraught, confused, and didn't understand why, but she still obeyed.

Three months later, on June 1, 2026, He sent her to Ethiopia — the root, the motherland. It is considered the cradle of mankind; it has never been colonized, and it is one of the oldest Christian countries in the world. There, she began working with a manufacturer of one of the largest herbal brands in Africa.

Throughout the closure, God taught her the importance of foundations. And, He has become the new foundation of Bellurelle.

You can be assured that every single ingredient is from the source and without compromise. We are also happy to affirm you that Bellurelle will continue to be sustainably handmade, so there will not be any further damage to the environment.

Follow along as we rebuild Bellurelle,

from "Where Beauty Meets Nature" to "Beauty in Your Roots”,

because your beauty doesn't need fixing — it grows at the root.

Welcome to Bellurelle.
