Refunds and exchanges
Items sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged as they are hygienic products that cannot be replaced.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping details are provided when label is generated.
Processing times are generally 2-5 business days but may take longer depending on volume and uncontrollable conditions (ex. COVID-19, holidays).
Shipping costs vary by region, free shipping is offered on orders $60+.
